I first met and spoke with Roy when he was assisting my mother in organising her will. At 32 I considered myself to be too young to organise my will and funeral arrangements yet Roy explained the importance of this at any age. I gleaned a wealth of information from Roy and was advised to think through my options so there was no pressure to sign up for anything. Roy gave a succinct account what was recommended  to protect our family in times of distress (deceased partner / parent)

The subjects covered in a short explanatory visit were what was necessary to allow us to make a decision of what was required to protect our assets legally for our family.

The basic will, power-of-attorney, both mental and financial, were covered, as well as trustee status requirements.

These were duly explained at another meeting with all family members present. this proved to be a valuable meeting to enable younger family members to understand the legality aspect  and our wishes.

We would not have been able to cover in so much detail as Roy managed, with all present being very grateful for his input.
